REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY


Good Day will happily replace your artwork if a print arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website.
Any damage should be reported as soon as possible, via email to shop@goodday.co with a description of the issue. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof. Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item.
In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.Β 

PRINT AND PRODUCTION
All Premium Art products are made to order in multiple warehouse locations across Australia. They require a 7-10 business day production time.
Artwork is printed on mediums that contain natural fibres, these may occasionally contain small slubs and/or minor imperfections and have slight colour variations, this is a natural part of the product and are not considered faults.
PLEASE NOTE: Stylised lifestyle images displaying product insitu on our website are for illustrative purposes only, colours may vary in real life.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you have changed your mind, please email a return request within 7 days and we will happily offer a store credit or refund on return of the item.
Please make sure that you keep all of the original product packaging as we require the product to arrive in saleable condition in order to process your store credit or refund.Β 
Please choose carefully when purchasing as the below items are not eligible for Change of Mind returns:

  • Items purchased as part of a promotional period.
  • Items purchased with a promotional code.
  • Prints that have since been framed by a third party.Β 
  • Custom size orders, prints in particular size and framing options.

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded, and any new shipping costs to return the product to Good Day will be deducted from the refund or store credit if approved.

PLEASE NOTE:Β Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
